Gwaza Ltd Standard Carriage Charges Per Destination
1. Orders are sent out on a standard 3-day service unless overnight is requested.
2. If any problems are encountered with an order, (damaged, short, incorrect item), then the sales office must be informed within 3 working days of delivery. Please note that goods signed for as OK have
No claim.
3. If you wish to return an item that you have ordered incorrectly, there will be a 10% handling fee and the goods should be returned at your own expense. If our responsibility, the goods will be collected by your sales representative.
4. Items that cannot be supplied ex-stock will be held on backorder for supply as soon as product is available. Orders under £50 will be held until your next order - Ireland €100.
