Business-to-Business Returns & Claims Policy (Trade Orders)
GWAZA supplies goods on a Business-to-Business (B2B)
Returns (stock items only)
If you wish to return a stock item because it is unsuitable, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, goods must be:
- unused
- in original packaging
- in a condition suitable for resale
Approved returns can be subject to a 20% restocking/handling charge.
Return transport costs are payable by the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
A credit note for the purchase price, less the restocking/handling charge, will be processed within 7 days of receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
Custom manufactured / made-to-order items
Products that are custom made to order are not eligible for return unless faulty or not as described.
Damaged deliveries
Please check goods on delivery. If packaging or goods appear damaged, the delivery should be signed for as “damaged” and details noted where possible.
Any damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery with full details and supporting photos where possible.
Faulty or incorrect goods
If goods are faulty or incorrect, we will arrange collection and, at our discretion, provide:
- replacement goods with free shipping, or
- a repair, or
- a credit note / refund (where applicable)
