Sales Service
- Our customers are allocated a sales representative, who will visit you regularly and introduce new products, take orders and resolve any queries.
- You can also access the company through our sales office.
- Communication is possible via telephone, email and web orders, or you can contact your sales rep directly on mobile or Whatsapp.
- All prices quoted are net, ex works and exclude VAT.
- Product information is available through a general product catalogue, which is published annually, our web shop, our sales office or your representative.
Accounts
- All customers have an account, which will be opened once our credit application has been completed and duly signed.
- All accounts are payable within 30 days from the statement.
- Payments can be made via cheque or BACS.
- All goods remain the property of Gwaza Ltd until paid in full.
